Huiling Technology won the second prize in the final of the Ninth Deep Creation Competition
On August 30-31, 2017, the 6th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition Shenzhen Competition and the 9th China Shenzhen Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (referred to as “Shen Chuang赛”) industry finals were held in Shenzhen Nanshan Software Park, Huiling Technology ( Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hui Ling Technology") with "a direct-drive robot arm without a reducer" innovation and entrepreneurship project, stand out in the "advanced manufacturing" group, won the second prize of the group finals, leading Innovation in the manufacturing industry.
The Shenchuang Competition has been held for nine times so far, attracting nearly 13,000 projects to participate in the competition, witnessing the growth of a large number of outstanding technology companies such as Dajiang Science and Technology, Chuangxin Laser, Maizheng Technology, and Codelong Technology. This year's Shenchuang Competition introduced excellent industrial investors and technical experts for the first time, and the competition was more standardized, broader and more just.
With the arrival of Industry 4.0, China's manufacturing industry has set off a wave of transformation and upgrading. Domestic demand for industrial robots has increased dramatically. At present, the domestic SCARA robot market is largely occupied by large foreign companies. In 2016, the sales of China-made SCARA did not reach 15% of the entire domestic market. The main reason for this situation is that the three core parts (reducers, servo motors and controllers) are heavily dependent on imports. In particular, the speed reducer is the most difficult to develop technology, and the core technology has always been in the hands of two Japanese companies, Nabtesco and Hamernaco. The monopoly of the reducer directly led to the long-term control of SCARA manufacturers in China, and the development was greatly hindered.
Huiling Technology's "a direct-drive robot arm without a reducer" project has broken the predicament of the monopoly of the imported reducer market in the domestic SCARA market, and has pioneering significance in the industry. The robot arm developed by the project adopts a new type of drive control method, which eliminates the traditionally relied on the imported reducer, and the servo motor and controller also realizes independent research and development, breaking through the core technology of SCARA. While the performances such as accuracy, stability, and positioning time are improved, the cost of the robot arm is greatly reduced. This allows the factory to recover costs in the shortest possible time and help small and medium-sized enterprises to achieve automation.
Huiling Technology's "direct drive" technology is a subversive iteration of the entire SCARA robot field, which will break the predicament of the SCARA market that has been subject to foreign advanced technology for a long time, and is conducive to promoting the transformation and upgrading of domestic industrial automation.
